• Streaming event services
• Streaming server hosting
• Dedicated streaming servers
• WebTV and OTT services
• Video on Demand (VOD) platforms
• Related support and maintenance services

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

Stream Servers Ltd provides professional streaming infrastructure and services including:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access certain services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

You may not access or use our services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal content distribution (copyright infringement)
• Adult content without proper age verification systems
• Gambling or betting content where prohibited by law
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Malware distribution or hacking activities
• Spam or unauthorized advertising
• Resource abuse affecting other clients
• Circumventing security measures

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate service termination without refund.

All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are quoted in USD but may be displayed in other currencies for convenience
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stream Servers Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you stream through our services, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to transmit, store, and display your content solely for providing the services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you stream through our platform.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our streaming infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
• Third-party network issues
• Client-side equipment or connection problems
• DDoS attacks or other security incidents

For dedicated servers, hardware replacement typically occurs within 4 hours of failure notification during business hours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Servers Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages related to service interruptions
• Content loss or corruption
• Third-party claims against you

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or prohibited use of services
• Requests by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service dashboard.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
